- Pilates Works Australia guarrentee a result from personal training program designed by the studio, be it weight loss, body toning, strength, fitness or sports performance - we will get you there.
- All Pilates Works programs commence with an initial assessment, fitness / strength testing, then involve ten weeks of puridization program followed up with a final test and measure, so you can see clearly the results you have gained.
- Home work programs are provided free of charge, and access to the studio to complete these programs is provided free of charge.

Come train with one of our extremely experianced exercise scientists and personal trainers! Scared to train alone? No problem! You have the option to train by yourself or in duos!
PilatesWorks specially designed rapid weight loss and body toning program will having you shedding kilos and toning up your arms, tummy, butt and thighs in no time. This specialty exercise program incorporates cardiovascular fitness, muscle strength/endurance, flexibility and toning.
Train for 2 x 1 hour sessions per week over a 4 week period. It will not only strip off those extra inches but also decrease your risk of cardiovascular disease, diabetes, stroke, muscular and lower back injury while helping your cope with the anxiety and stress.
Our trainers will design your individualized homework program, compile a personal diet plan, provide you with delicious low-fat, quick and easy recipes to help with your weight loss and even set you up with a metabolic caloric expenditure calculator so you can track just how many calories you are burning off session to session. Whats more? You have access to our specialized add on programs!

School Sport Programs
Pilates Works Studio has programs designed for school groups of all ages. The team prides themselves on providing an engaging and entertaining program, to help keep the kids interested and participating. Pilates Works can provide classes for up to 30 students at one time, these include:
- Small Groups per Room (max of 20 kids per room)
- Supervision (with teacher support)
- Boys, Girls or mixed programs
We provide a range of activities and exercise for the students including YOGA, FITNESS & WEIGHT LOSS and PILATES. Due to our experianced staff we can modify programs for students with injuries and medical conditions.
Kids Personal Training Program
Like adults, kids need exercise too. Most children need at least an hour of physical activity every day. Regular exercise helps children to feel less stressed, sleep better at night, feel more ready to learn, feel better about themselves, begin to have a healthy weight, build and keep healthy bones, muscles and joints.
As kids spend more time on the computer, nintendo, playstation, xbox or watching tv they spend less time running and playing. We offer a specialised childrens pilates personal training program, with separate boys and girls classes to help them relax and have fun. This is an excellent way to get kids involved in their own health and fitness, at a low cost!
