experience. - Our workshops will give you strategies to help with the prevention of injuries, by ensuring correct muscle engagement, foot stability and core control.
- You will learn how to maximise flexibility, coordination and balance training, and we will help you to structure conditioning classes with exercises designed for the specific needs of individual students.
- With our advanced cueing knowledge, you will have some more tools to help students attain correct postural alignment as well as a better understanding of how to maintain technique during movement.

- Level 1 workshop
- For Teachers with Minimal Knowledge of the Pilates Method This workshop will include:
- Basic dance anatomy and physiology
- Basic understanding of postural alignment, core connection and muscle activation
- Basic Pilates exercises for stability and control
- Effective Pilates cuing for maximum results
- How to use flexibility exercises for specific muscle tightness
- How to structure your class for the best results
- Level 2 workshop
- For Teachers that have Completed Level 1 or have a Better Understanding of the Pilates Method This workshop will build on your knowledge and experience of Pilates and will include:
- A brief overview of level 1
- More advanced Pilates exercises
- Effective Pilates cuing for maximum results
- Utilizing small apparatus to challenge more advanced students
- Injury prevention exercise prescription
- What equipment do i need to bring?
- Only your outfit for doing a workout including foot wear (joggers), a towel and a bottle of water (water can be purchased at the studio).
- Pilates Works Studio provides any other equipment needed.
