Testimonial: Golfers
"I was amazed at the improvement in drive distance and technique the players in this program achieved. I highly recommend it to any golfer who wishes to improve their game."
Col Banham, PGA Teaching Professional.
"Participating in the Pilates for Golf Trial was a fantastic experience. My average drive with a five iron went from 122 metres to 140 metres in just six weeks."
Kevin Small, Leonay Golf Club President.
"Having participated in the Pilates for Golfers program since it's trial phase, i have seen it develope into a strong detailed program that has helped not just my golf but my overall fitness as well.
As a golfer attending Pilates for Golfers i have since found improvements in my distance and consistancy of both my ball striking and distance control.
The instructors have been very helping in explaining the exercises and how they relate to the golf swing and what we are trying to improve or prevent.
Pilates for Golfers is well worth a though for any level of golfer hoping to find that little extra in their game."

I recommend Pilates Works Studio's methods and programs, and here is why...........
- I was introduced to the Pilates Works Studio by my best friend, we began a Pilates Mat Basics program together.
- At first i wasnt sure if this type of exercise program was suited for me, but then.....
- I was referred to the Reformer Back in Action class and really begun to enjoy myself.
- After over thirty three years of living life with various disabilities and diseases, including Arthritis, Ankylosing Spondylitis, Bone Density Deficiency, Depression, Epilepsy, Reflux, Stomach Ulcers, Thyroid Disease and Ulcerative Colitis.
- I realised it wasnt just the atmosphere, I was enjoying the extra agility and strength i was starting to gain from this program.
- Now after almost two years of Pilates Reformer and the Mat class i started with, i now enjoy doing a personal training program with Trish "pain be gone"
- Recently i under went thyroid surgery to have my entire thyroid removed.
- Thank you everyone at the Pilates Works studio, especially Trish "pain be gone" for their preparing me for surgery and help recovering.
- Big thanks to my kind and friendly boss' at Able Office Furniture for giving me the space to cope with thyroid disease all this year.
- And finally thanks to my surgeon Dr D Cheung for the amazing almost pain free surgery.
