- Programs are designed for children right through their high school years, including years eleven and twelve.
- We can offer indoor programs to keep your children safe from the Australian sun or the cold of the winter months.
- Fully supervised by instructor/s and teachers from your school, these programs are designed with your child in mind.

- Yes, we offer classes based on the school term.
- What activities/exercise do PilatesWorks provide my students?
- We offer a range of various exercises/activities that can be selected by your school. These include Yoga, Fitness & Weight Loss and Pilates.
- Can PilatesWorks come to my school?
- Yes PilatesWorks are more then happy to travel to your school to provide school sport. Schools have the option of coming to our facility or booking one or more of our trainers to come out to them.
