Caitlin "Saturday Daughter "
- Caitlin wants to make sure you're in the right program, with the right instructor and that your facilities are immaculate.
- She is a wonderful people person and an amazing administrator.
- Caitlin is always organised and striving to give you the best possible customer service.
Kirsty Brecknell "Little Miss Sunshine"
- Kirsty is our marketing coordinator and loves to put together flyers, the studio newsletter and much more.
- She is a familiar face to the kiddies in crèche and increasingly to clients as she rapidly gains the knowledge to help everyone out.
- Kirsty is an experienced dancer and has taught various styles of dance.
- She enjoys fitness and from experience understands the importance of pilates for not only dancers but everyone.
Lee Brodribb "The Mummy"
- Lee is our new studio manager.
- Lee has an eye for detail. She likes the studio looking its best and staying that way.
- Her attention to detail ensures the studio runs smoothly.
- She likes to have a lot of fun, you will probably hear her laughing all the time.
- The next time you visit the studio have a laugh and a chat with Lee.
Sally Carpenter "Sal"
- Sal is bright, enthusiastic and always willing to help you out.
- Her helpful nature means that if you have any problems, Sal is the best to talk to.

Suzie Kennedy B.App Sc (Ex&SpSc) "Pelvic Floor Fanatic"
- Founder and Managing Director of PilatesWorks Australia
- Suzie is an Exercise Physiologist, currently undergoing Honours in Exercise and Sport Science
- Suzie has been an integral part of the fitness and exercise industry for the past 15 years - as a personal trainer, pilates instructor, rehabilitation clinician and teacher trainer.
- Master Trainer, personal trainer (Cert 4)
- Group Exercise trainer
- Senior First Aid - CPR
- Winner of many Business and Physical Education Awards - including UWS Deans Merit List for 2008 and 2009, and Best in Fitness Industry.
- Her mission is to educate and change Australia into a healthy, fit and loving society.
Wendie Sue "The Drill Sergeant"
- Wendy has over 30 years experience in the fitness industry.
- She has been a Senior Pilates instructor for PilatesWork since its inception 7 years ago.
- Pilates Qualifications through: Pilates Institute of Australasia, Pilates Institue of Queenslaand and the Australian Institute of Fitness
- Boxing Qualifications through: Thump
- Personal Training Qualifications through: Australian Institute of Fitness (Cert 4)
- Twenty Five years dance teaching experience qualification through FAD
- Her mission is to turn 50, into the new 20: "I've done it, you can do it".
Bec Ambrose "The Body Shaper"
- Bec is an amazing training in relation to weight loss a body sculpting.
- She has been an integral part of Pilates Works for the last three years.
- She is a Certified personal trainer through Australian Instutuite of Fitness, professional Yoga instructor, qualified boxing instructor and cycling instructor.
- And generally an all-round awesome trainer.
- Her mission is to turn fat to fab, you need it, she will get it!
Trisha Klomp B.App Sc (Ex&SpSc) "Pain be Gone"
- Trish is an accredited Exercise Physiologist through ESSA (Exercise and Sport Science Australia).
- Specialising in Musculoskeletal rehabilitation, metabolic disease and cardiac disease rehabilitation.
- Her extra specialty is in sports physiology.
- Regardless of whether you are an athlete or a have an injury or disease, she is University qualified to fix your problem or increase your performance.
- Her mission is to see everyone function in a healthy, fit manner and enjoy their life and family, without their disability or injury stopping them, Trish will make a difference to your life.
Aaron Richards "Mad Dog" & Karen Monahan "Cycle Specialist"
- Aaron & Karen are specialist cycle coaches, be it mountain, road or triatholon.
- An elite athlete himself, Aaron understands the needs of the beginner cyclist to the elite professional.
- He has twenty years experience in the cycling field.
- Having trained through Mad Dog USA, Aaron and Karen are some of only a few in Australia to specialise in this style of cyclist training.
- If you want to win, or you want to begin, Aaron and Karen are the best.
- Mad Dog & the Cycle Specialist Karen get you to the place you want to be at.
Cristy Brooks B.App Sc (Ex&SpSc) "The Questioner"
- Cristy is completing her degree in Exercise and Sport Science, and now undergoing Honours in Exercise and Sport Science.
- Cristy specialty is with "Speciall Populations" such as seniors and pregnant women. Cristy will work with you, around your specific current condition, to help you achieve your short and long term goals!
- Cristy will ask all the questions, so you get all the answers!
Will Gauke "Sven"
- Currently study Sport and Exercise Science, Will is the all-rounder at the Studio that will go the distance to help you get there too!
- Whether you're healthy, injured or anywhere in between, Will knows the tips and tricks that will help you feel on top of the world in next to no time.
- His charming smile and pale hair earnt him the endearing nickname 'Sven' from clients who believe somewhere down the line he has Sweedish ancestry. He won't tell us the secret.
David Dickinson "Dicko"
- David is the newest member of our PilatesWorks team, however his experiance as an athelete with the Penrith Panthers has allowed him to gain a fast understanding of the importance Pilates provides.
- His enthusiasm ensures that you are pushed to your limits in training and therefore can gain the most from your sessions.

All our clients/students are assessed individually for free, then we direct them to a instructor (to design a personal program for them) or to a program already designed to meet their lifestyle, goals, rehabilitation or athletic needs.
