Can i attend another class if I miss my regular class?

If you happen to miss a few classes during a term, you’re more than welcome to attend a make-up class. If you know that you won’t be able to attend your regular class, just give us a call and let us know you won’t be attending (someone else may need your space to do a make-up of their own). When you’re ready, give us another call, or the next time you’re in the Studio, remind us that you missed your class, and we can advise you of when make-ups are available for you program, and you can book into one. Can I suspend payments if I plan on missing classes?

If you plan on missing some time at PilatesWorks Pay Suspension is available. Just give us 2 weeks notice in writing, and your payments will decrease from the regular amount to just $10.00 + administration fee. If you do apply for Pay Suspension, your Minimum Term will be increased accordingly.
